Site Ready Supply partners with manufacturers and distribution facilities across the United States to ship products directly to customers. Shipping methods, timelines, and delivery requirements may vary depending on the product and manufacturer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Certain exclusions may apply and will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on most products. Shipping costs are determined by product type, size, destination, and manufacturer. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to shipment.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing and delivery timelines vary by product and manufacturer.

Typical order processing time is 1–2 business days. After shipment confirmation, most orders arrive within 6–15 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

Estimated total delivery time (processing + transit) is typically 7–17 business days, though delivery times may vary based on product availability, manufacturer lead times, location, and carrier scheduling.

Very large items, specially manufactured products, and made-to-order equipment may require additional lead time beyond standard estimates. Customers may contact us at any time prior to purchase to receive a more accurate shipping timeframe for a specific item.

Parcel shipments typically arrive within standard carrier timelines. Freight and oversized items may require additional transit time and delivery appointment scheduling.

Freight Deliveries

Freight shipments are generally curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate delivery access for freight trucks. It is important to inspect freight items at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Any shipping damage must be reported to support@sitereadysupply.com within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of the damage and the signed delivery receipt.

Shipment Tracking
