Cancellation Policy

Because many products ship directly from manufacturer facilities, cancellation eligibility depends on the manufacturer’s order processing policies.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation prior to shipment. Once an order has entered production, processing, or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Certain custom, made-to-order, freight, or special-order items may not be cancellable once confirmed.

We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to determine cancellation eligibility.

Any applicable cancellation fees imposed by the manufacturer will be disclosed prior to processing the cancellation.

Site Ready Supply acts as the authorized retailer coordinating fulfillment and post-sale support between customers and manufacturers. While product-specific policies are governed by the applicable manufacturer, our team remains your primary point of contact and will assist in managing all post-purchase communication and resolution.
